About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Administration Specialist to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our Service Backoffice, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating orders, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process orders for service and parts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Manage inventory levels and perform cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery terms
  • Process and approve invoices and payments for services and parts
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
