Role Overview:

We are looking for a Traffic Infrastructure Project Leader to join our teams in Dresden/Leipzig/Freiberg/Halle. This role is situated within our Mobility global business area, which is dedicated to fostering vibrant, interconnected cities and communities around the globe.

In this position, you will assume technical leadership and project management responsibilities for a variety of stimulating and complex projects within the infrastructure domain. You will guide project teams of differing sizes based on the specific requirements of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume technical leadership for the planning and management of medium to large-scale infrastructure initiatives, with a primary focus on traffic facilities and development.
  • Provide technical oversight to project teams of varying sizes as required.
  • Ensure comprehensive responsibility for the execution of project plans (including agreed services, timelines, and quality standards).
  • Lead design services across phases 1-7 in accordance with HOAI.
  • Engage in pre-qualifications, proposal submissions, and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in traffic infrastructure or civil engineering. Extensive experience in planning traffic facilities and infrastructure projects in Germany (phases 1-7) is essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard engineering software. Additional attributes include a results-driven and cost-conscious mindset, strong technical and economic reasoning, and excellent teamwork capabilities.
