Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our expanding team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our HR department and driving the development of our HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Design and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and recognition programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and HR service providers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
