Senior General Ledger Accountant

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzexperten, der unsere excoad Gesellschaften bei der Verwaltung und Steuerung ihrer finanziellen Aspekte unterstützt.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach US-GAAP
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Ermittlung und Durchführung von Abschlussbuchungen, wie z. B. Rückstellungen, ARAP und PRAP
  • Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse unserer Tochtergesellschaft in den USA
  • Erstellung und Dokumentation monatlicher Kontenabstimmungen in Blackline
  • Beurteilung von Geschäftsvorfällen und deren Bilanzierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Corporate Accounting Team
  • Analyse und Abstimmung von Abweichungen zwischen US-GAAP und HGB
  • Vorbereitung und Buchung von Intercompany-Transaktionen
  • Erstellung monatlicher und quartalsweiser Flux-Analysen
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozesse zur Einhaltung der Align-Richtlinien
  • Koordination von Finanzthemen mit anderen Abteilungen wie z. B. Customer Service, Vertrieb und Marketing
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem exocad America-Team in den USA
  • Projektarbeit
Ihr Profil und Ihre Fähigkeiten:
  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Buchhaltung oder gleichwertig
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze nach US-GAAP und HGB
  • Grundkenntnisse des Umsatzsteuerrechts wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse des Steuerrechts sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP, idealerweise S4 HANA
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Arbeitsorganisation und Detailtreue
  • Eigenverantwortliche sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
