Senior VR Games Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior VR Games Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at K5 Factory GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our VR games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify and report defects in our VR games.
  • Analyze test requirements to identify potential ambiguities and defects, and develop strategies to prevent them.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and prioritize bugs, and provide regular reporting on test progress and results.
  • Contribute to risk assessment and make recommendations for release.
  • Familiarize yourself with our JIRA system and collaborate with our Lead Game Designer to prioritize findings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Manager in Gaming, preferably VR Gaming.
  • Passionate gamer with in-depth knowledge of the VR gaming scene.
  • Solid technical knowledge and enthusiasm for QA.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in using bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA).
  • Ability to work in a self-organized and structured manner, and outside predefined solution paths.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to structure workday effectively.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German.
  • Solid knowledge in a scripting or programming language, as well as database use.
