About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our large clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, managing relationships and ensuring their success.
  • Become an expert on our platform, leveraging deep product and carbon accounting knowledge to resolve client pain points and identify opportunities for future product development.
  • Guide clients on strategic questions related to sustainability and carbon accounting, leveraging the strengths of our subject-matter experts.
  • Work with our technical teams to ensure client feedback is heard and shape the future of our product pipeline.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to translate client opportunities into commercial value.
  • Design operational strategy and push execution, continuously working to scale processes and systems to drive rapid growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in customer relationship management or complex project management, ideally at a growing startup working with SMBs and Enterprises in EMEA.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster durable business relationships, remaining calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrating clients' successes with them.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally, aligning with sales leaders, product teams, or clients at the biggest companies in the world to ensure clients achieve their goals.
  • Savvy and tactful communicator with experience managing complex business relationships, intuitively finding the right tone and comfortable working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, identifying priorities, and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
