Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at ZEISS Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the automotive sector, leveraging your expertise in strategic development, market analysis, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence in the automotive sector, focusing on Europe and North America.
  • Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and create compelling business cases to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business models, product roadmaps, and project plans.
  • Manage and execute projects to drive business development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, key account management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required, with the ability to travel frequently, especially within Europe and North America.
