Strategic Planning Manager

As an e-commerce expert, you will take responsibility for OKRs as our central control framework and ensure they are established and practised throughout the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing OKRs in various departments to align with corporate goals.
  • Leading OKR meeting formats to effectively use the method for the company.
  • Developing and coordinating our internal strategic project portfolio.
  • Working closely with TOP project managers and executives.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in strategic planning or OKR implementation in software companies.
  • Knowledge of project management methods and tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, ServiceNow.
  • Experience in communicating methodological expertise and moderating workshops and meetings.
  • Results-orientated work style with strategic foresight and ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
