Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen IT Solutions Engineer Logistics, der sich unserer agilen Teams in der Covestro IT anschließen möchte und die Digitalisierung des Unternehmens sowie die bestmögliche Gestaltung der Geschäftsprozesse vorantreiben möchte.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die Modernisierung unserer SAP Landschaft mit dem Fokus auf S/4HANA mitgestalten
  • Die Anforderungen aus dem Business hinsichtlich deren technischer Machbarkeit sowie deren Eignung in Bezug zur IT Strategie beurteilen
  • Neue Funktionalitäten und Lösungen konzipieren und implementieren, inklusive deren Tests und der Kommunikation mit den betroffenen Stakeholdern
  • Die Integrationen zwischen SAP LE und anderen relevanten Systemen sicherstellen, um einen nahtlosen Datenfluss zu gewährleisten
  • Programmiersprachen wie ABAP zur Erstellung und Änderung von SAP-Programmen, Reports und Schnittstellen nutzen
  • Schwierige Tickets aus dem Support mit ihrer Expertise lösen
  • Marktlösungen und IT-Trends im Aufgaben und teilen dieses Wissen mit Ihrem Umfeld
  • Eine Kultur fördern, die ständige Verbesserungen und die nötige Flexibilität in den Vordergrund stellt (Covestros C3 Werte)
Voraussetzungen
  • Fach- oder Hochschulabschluss (Master) in Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung der in SAP LE genutzten Technologien nachweisen
  • Sehr gutes Wissen funktionaler und prozessualer Art in den genannten Bereichen, inklusive der angrenzenden logistischen Prozesse in die Bereiche TM, MM, SD
  • Erfahrung im Projekt Management und Führungskompetenzen
  • Exzellente Fähigkeiten zur strukturierten und methodischen Problemlösung
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in flexiblen und agilen Teams und herausragende analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten
  • Aufgeschlossen, kommunizieren gern mit internen und externen Kollegen diverser Kulturen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
