We are seeking a skilled Radio Frequency Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team.

Position Overview:
  • Site Assessment for GSM Systems: Identify and assess potential sites for new radio installations based on technical, regulatory, and financial considerations.
  • Network Architecture: Develop comprehensive design strategies for copper and fiber optic networks utilizing existing infrastructure to maximize coverage and efficiency.
  • Multiplexer Network Development: Design and implement multiplexer networks, along with enhancing current systems to boost data transmission capabilities.
  • On-Site Evaluations: Conduct thorough site inspections to assess their viability for radio systems and recommend necessary modifications.
  • Technical Reporting: Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, plans, and reports to facilitate project execution and future reference.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure all project specifications are fulfilled.
Required Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Several years of expertise in radio frequency technology, particularly in the planning and execution of radio networks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of GSM technologies, network infrastructures (copper, fiber optic), and multiplexer systems.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to undertake regular business travel and site evaluations.
  • Driving Credentials: A valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Security Clearance: Successful completion of a sabotage protection assessment is required.
  • Communication Proficiency: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven capability to work within interdisciplinary teams and engage with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
  • Self-Motivation: High degree of initiative and capability to manage projects independently.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German (B2) and English (C1).
