ETA Personal GmbH is seeking a skilled Radio Frequency Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team.
Position Overview:- Site Assessment for GSM Networks: Analyze and select optimal locations for new radio installations based on technical, regulatory, and financial factors.
- Network Architecture: Develop design strategies for copper and fiber optic networks utilizing existing infrastructure to maximize coverage and performance.
- Multiplexer Network Development: Plan and execute multiplexer networks, enhancing current systems to boost data transmission capabilities.
- On-Site Evaluations: Conduct thorough inspections to assess site suitability for radio systems and implement necessary modifications.
- Technical Reporting: Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, plans, and reports to support ongoing projects and future initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure all project specifications are fulfilled.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Extensive experience in radio frequency technology, particularly in the planning and execution of radio networks.
- Technical Expertise: Profound understanding of GSM technologies, network infrastructures (copper, fiber optic), and multiplexer systems.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to undertake regular business travel and site assessments.
- Driver’s License: A valid driving license is mandatory.
- Security Clearance: Successful completion of a sabotage protection evaluation is required.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Proven capability to work within interdisciplinary teams and engage with various stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
- Self-Motivation: High degree of initiative and the ability to manage projects independently.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (B2) and English (C1).
