Job Summary:

Apollo-Optik Holding GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced HR Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team in personnel administration. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for documenting internal HR processes, collaborating with HR business partners and payroll, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain accurate records of HR processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and employees
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
