We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at Apollo-Optik Holding GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

• Document and maintain internal HR processes and procedures
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Payroll department
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Provide HR support to employees and management
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

• Completed apprenticeship in a related field, preferably with additional qualifications in HR
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
