Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team at Sparkasse Südpfalz, where you will play a pivotal role in the management of our commercial real estate portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, ensuring that operational tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the commercial real estate management team, ensuring all operational duties are performed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct management and analysis of the commercial real estate portfolio in partnership with external service providers and internal departments.
  • Generate forecasts and detailed reports on real estate assets, contributing to the strategic development of the portfolio.
  • Prepare essential documentation for decision-making by governing bodies.
  • Manage and enhance financial reporting related to real estate assets.
  • Engage in budget forecasting and year-end financial reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers, including contract creation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise sustainability initiatives, energy management, procurement processes, and building insurance matters.
  • Optimize and manage related operational processes.
  • Coordinate the archiving and documentation processes effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Specialist or equivalent credentials.
  • A degree in Real Estate Management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector and financial accounting is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate as an asset class and strong business acumen.
  • Legal expertise in service, sales, and lease agreements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to proactively identify and address challenges.
  • Demonstrated independent, responsible, and solution-oriented work ethic.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A collaborative team player mentality.
