Electronics Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Technician to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a key member of our Probecard-Labor team, you will be responsible for the technical execution of inspection and repair tasks on Probecards and subgroups in the test area.
Responsibilities:- Perform technical tasks related to the inspection and repair of Probecards and subgroups.
- Identify and repair faults in electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Analyze test parameters and develop proposals for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Probecard, process engineers, and suppliers to resolve issues and develop new contact technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for shift personnel.
- Maintain accurate and transparent documentation of your work.
- Completed vocational training in electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a related field.
- Enjoy hands-on work and have a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
- Excellent concentration, fine motor skills, and spatial vision at the microscope.
- Self-motivated, engaged, and goal-oriented work style, with a willingness to work shifts and in a cleanroom environment.
