We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Technician to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a key member of our Probecard-Labor team, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and repairs on Probecards and components, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical inspections and repairs on Probecards and components, identifying and resolving issues related to electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of defects and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Probecard, Process, and Engineering teams, to resolve complex technical issues and improve process efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on technical procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including documentation of repairs and process improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
