**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform technical tasks related to inspection and repair of probe cards and assemblies.
- Locate and repair faults on electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Evaluate operating parameters and develop proposals for process improvement.
- Collaborate with probe card, process engineers, and manufacturers to troubleshoot problems and develop contact technologies.
- Implement training measures for shift personnel.
- Document work in a transparent and meticulous manner.
**Requirements**
- Skilled worker degree in electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a related field.
- Practical work experience and a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
- High level of concentration, fine motor skills, and three-dimensional vision at the microscope.
- Independent, engaged, and goal-oriented work style and motivation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work shifts and in a clean room environment.
- Proficiency in German and English languages.
