The Terminal & Infrastructure division is engaged in managing stakes in 20 terminals across Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa, supported by around 2,600 dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee procurement activities across various geographical regions, providing essential support to regional procurement teams.
  • Ensure comprehensive strategic management of the terminal vendor portfolio, focusing on vendor segmentation.
  • Enhance the terminal procurement function through the implementation of effective methods and frameworks, including supplier relationship management.
  • Contribute to the establishment of procurement frameworks and processes.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to execute category strategies effectively.
  • Develop and implement negotiation strategies with terminal operators, ensuring that lessons learned are documented systematically.
  • Work closely with contract management to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and foster stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for value addition through collaboration with terminal operators.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights relevant to the vendor segment.
  • Provide valuable market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders to identify additional value creation opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in business administration, logistics, transportation management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, shipping, terminal operations, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, including negotiation and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience studying or working abroad is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in research.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Results-driven, enthusiastic, proactive, and a problem-solver.
