We are on the lookout for a Student Assistant to join our IT department, contributing to the enhancement of our technical framework and the management of our image and partner database.
Key Responsibilities- Address support requests via the Jira ticketing system and ensure the upkeep of technical documentation within the Confluence knowledge base.
- Provide assistance to sales, image editing, and partner management teams with technical challenges, including the onboarding of new partners, content modifications, and access management for partners.
- Manage 1st and 2nd level support inquiries autonomously while escalating 3rd level issues as necessary.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot both Windows and Mac workstations.
- Oversee the phone system, user administration, and the setup of hardware and software.
- Previous experience through education, coursework, or practical engagement in at least one of the relevant fields.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student eligible for a student assistant role.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficient in English.
- Conversational skills in German are advantageous.
