About the Role

We're seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our café team as a Café Team Member. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and inspiring café environment, providing exceptional service to our guests, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level service to customers, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products
  • Contribute to the daily operation of the café, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Customer-focused with a genuine interest in getting to know our customers
  • Proactive and able to use initiative to provide exceptional service
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
