About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Café team as a Service Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and ready for business
  • Cover shifts in the café, serving breakfast, drinks, and snacks
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, building strong relationships and a positive community atmosphere
  • Work closely with the Community Manager and Venue Sales Manager to ensure the smooth running of events and activities
  • Ensure vending machines are filled and look appealing
  • Stay up-to-date on all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including digitalization, research, reporting, and inventory management
  • Assist with reception tasks and utilize company software to ensure seamless operations, including check-ins, key encoding, and guest support
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the F&B industry or a similar role
  • A passion for coffee, food, and trying new trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), with German as a plus
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a strong desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work morning shifts starting at 6:30 am and weekend shifts
