Consumer Health Marketing Lead

We are currently seeking a Consumer Health Marketing Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and implement marketing initiatives across DACH and CE markets, including Poland, Czechia, Slovenia, Romania, and Bulgaria.
  • Localize global strategies and develop additional local marketing activities as needed.
  • Manage the activity plan for each brand under your supervision.
  • Focus on brand-building initiatives that yield a clear return on investment.
  • Act as the product specialist and primary contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Collaborate across various brands within the cross-category.
  • Coordinate below-the-line marketing activities and materials.
  • Oversee the production of local promotional materials and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with local regulations.
  • Facilitate educational programs, KOL networks, and materials for sales meetings and exhibitions.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of advertising and promotion, analyzing market insights.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to establish the promotional budget and manage budget tracking.
  • Support the launch of new product developments and limited editions.
  • Lead the long-term brand planning process for managed brands.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building brands and managing P&L in competitive industries.
  • Extensive background in sales and marketing of pharmacy products or FMCG.
  • Expertise in marketing to both drugstores and mass markets.
  • Experience with a variety of brands, including digitally advanced brands.
  • Ability to develop brand growth strategies at the local market level.
  • Proven track record in executing impactful marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Leadership skills in delivering integrated digital campaigns.
  • Capability to create effective content ecosystems across multiple markets.
  • Experience in innovation and implementation of pricing, packaging, and channel strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in P&L leadership and budget management.
