Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive multichannel marketing strategy
  • Build and oversee a content editorial team to ensure high-quality content
  • Plan and manage both performance-driven and brand-focused campaigns
  • Generate performance analytics and work closely with the founding team
  • Support integrated sales and customer success initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or psychology
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or advertising roles
  • Proficient in online marketing and campaign enhancement
  • Strong project management abilities and team-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
  • Fluency in both German and English is required
