Job Overview

We are seeking a talented System Design Engineer for Head-Up Displays (m/f/diverse) to join our System Engineering Team focused on User Experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing stakeholder requirements and expectations
  • Defining product architecture in collaboration with design engineers across disciplines including electrical, software, display technology, and mechanical
  • Ensuring that all lifecycle stages such as quotation, development, manufacturing, and maintenance are adequately addressed throughout the system design process
  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for technical aspects (left side of V-cycle) to guarantee that lifecycle requirements are met with optimal solutions regarding quality, delivery, and cost

Required Qualifications

  • Academic Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Information Technology, or a related field)
  • Extensive professional experience in technical projects, ideally within the Automotive sector
  • Familiarity with Head-Up Displays or similar opto-mechanical products is preferred
  • Experience across multiple engineering disciplines is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS-Office Tools
  • Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong intercultural skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
