Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, organize, and oversee a streamlined system for managing complaints and claims
  • Serve as a crucial link between procurement, storage, quality assurance, and sales departments
  • Address intricate customer grievances and claims
  • Evaluate complaints and implement effective control measures
  • Coordinate and manage complaint resolution processes in conjunction with the Head of Warehouse/Logistics
  • Establish benchmarks for complaint and claim management
  • Educate and assist team members in effectively handling customer complaints
Your Qualifications
  • Significant experience in customer-centric complaint management, ideally within the furniture sector
  • Familiarity with legal frameworks (B2B, B2C)
  • Technical or craftsmanship knowledge is advantageous
  • Proactive and self-sufficient work approach
