As a key member of our team, you will drive Delivery Hero's strategy and cascade it to our 70+ markets while ensuring local insights and priorities are taken onboard into global strategy and plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting global and regional P&L and portfolio management and ensuring alignment between strategy and P&L

* Owning value creation and performance improvement initiatives that cut across all functions of our business

* Acting as a key point of contact between the HQ and our regional/local leadership teams, providing hands-on support when needed

* Having an owner mentality, bias for action, and high bar for performance

In this role, you will work within a high-performing team focused on providing the company's most senior management with the insights they need to define our strategy. You will directly manage a team of analysts who provide performance management reporting and insights.

You will drive performance management by working closely with Regional Directors for each of the company's 4 segments, as well as a wider set of functions including Q-Commerce, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Logistics.

You will monitor and challenge the business's performance, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis.

You will present your insights and recommendations to key decision makers, including Performance Management and International Markets leadership and c-level management.

You will help set targets for local management teams in Delivery Hero's 70+ markets.

You will support senior management with ad hoc reports and other critical topics.

Requirements:

* At least 5 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance/transaction advisory, or a business development function

* Internally motivated, energetic, and independent in handling complex problems

* High degree of comfort working with numbers, modeling out complex business and financial scenarios, and using intuition as well as data to make decisions

* Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
