As a Sales Coordinator, you will be one of the main interfaces between customers and various Navarino departments. Your goal will be to simplify customer communication with Navarino, improve response times, optimize order executions, and create more efficient internal communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of support for customer queries
  • Prepare customer and/or order forms and circulate them with other departments
  • Fill in end customer offers
  • Assist collections by notifying them of any ongoing cases that may be affecting payments by customers
  • Follow up and ensure all customers have the necessary documentation for orders
  • Investigate and resolve cases or escalate them when necessary
  • Provide data and reports to the sales team and customers
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Native German speaker with fluency in written and spoken German
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Good organization and coordination skills
  • Agility in problem-solving and taking initiative to secure excellent outcomes
