Sales and Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Nagel-Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, coordinating logistics, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales inquiries and offers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customers.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings with customers.
- Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales materials, such as presentations and reports.
- Manage customer relationships, providing regular updates and information on company developments.
- Update and maintain customer data in our CRM system.
- Develop and present sales reports and statistics to the sales team and management.
- Conduct market research and participate in sales projects.
Requirements
- A completed education in logistics or a related field, or a completed degree with a focus on logistics.
- Previous experience in sales and logistics is highly desirable.
- Excellent German language skills, good English language skills, and advanced MS Office skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- High-level communication and customer service skills.
