About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Kempers Recruiting & Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the North-West Germany region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in the IVD market, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or equivalent).
