Contract Manager with Expertise in Public Tendering

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Manager to join our team at Swiss IT Security Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating public procurement processes and tenders for our clients in the public sector and private companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies and processes to ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and laws.
  • Manage and coordinate public procurement processes, including tendering, contract award, and contract management.
  • Review and monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and laws.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on public procurement laws and regulations to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Relevant education and experience in procurement, public procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement laws and regulations, including the EU Public Procurement Directive and national implementing laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex procurement data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software and systems.
