  • Architectural Project Manager

Their diverse portfolio encompasses unique and intricate properties in the sectors of Residential and Commercial, Healthcare and Public Buildings, as well as Church Architecture - ranging from new constructions to heritage renovations. Through the collaboration of seasoned and young team members with passion, they develop and implement customized solutions to meet the needs of their clients.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing construction projects - ideally through all phases - from design, to tendering, to site supervision.
  • Project management responsibilities towards clients, specialist planners, authorities, and all involved in the construction process.
  • Design and economic construction management, including project controlling.
Qualifications
  • You possess a successful degree in Architecture with several years of professional experience - preferably across all project phases.
  • You are proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D and visualization software. Experience with BIM is advantageous as it will be introduced in the near future.
  • Your strengths include independent, structured, and self-responsible work. You enjoy diverse tasks and value variety, flexibility, and creative opportunities in your profession. As an experienced and open-minded team player, you actively and creatively contribute to various processes across projects.
