Senior E-Commerce ERP Specialist

Join our dynamic team at much. GmbH as a Senior ERP Consultant, where you will spearhead innovative projects focused on the implementation and enhancement of ERP solutions tailored for the E-Commerce sector.
As a rapidly expanding international consultancy, we prioritize a culture of professionalism and personal accountability without the constraints of traditional corporate structures.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert in complex E-Commerce ERP solutions and workflows.
- Independently oversee and execute large-scale ERP implementation initiatives utilizing Odoo.
- Act as the primary contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent support and managing escalations effectively.
- Guide and mentor our ambitious Junior Consultants, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Continuously refine and enhance internal business processes across the business unit.
- Direct the development of software customizations and internal products.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management efforts for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project outcomes.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
- Proven experience with business IT and processes in E-Commerce or within Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.
- A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of commitment.
- A passion for tackling challenging projects and developing intelligent solutions.
- Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
