Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the enhancement of the Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud for BYK Instruments.
- Manage the product backlog, craft user stories, and establish priorities and objectives in close collaboration with process owners across various departments.
- Hold budgetary responsibilities.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and specify new requirements through effective dialogue.
- Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage testing processes.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, adhering to Scrum methodologies, as well as with the IT and Salesforce teams at our corporate headquarters.
Qualifications:
- A degree in economics, business informatics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a product owner role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud, along with relevant Salesforce certification.
- Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Xray.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and an agile mindset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems.
- Decisive, enthusiastic, and quick to grasp new concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, solution-oriented approach, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
