Job Description:

As a Product Owner for Salesforce at BYK-Gardner GmbH, you will be responsible for the further development of the Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. This includes maintaining the product backlog, formulating user stories, setting priorities, and goals in close coordination with process owners in specialist departments.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• You will work closely with the development team, IT, and Salesforce team at our corporate headquarters.
• You will have budget responsibility and understand the concerns of our customers and internal stakeholders.
• You will specify new requirements in close dialogue and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• You will be responsible for test management and have experience with the Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
• You will have experience in working with Jira, Confluence, and Xray.
• You will be proficient in agile methods and have an agile mindset.
• You will have a strong understanding of processes and systems.
• You will be decisive, enthusiastic, and have a quick grasp of things.
• You will have excellent communication skills, a strong solution-orientation, and be a cooperative team player.
• You will be fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

• You have several years of experience as a product owner.
• You have experience with the Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud and have successfully completed the corresponding Salesforce certification.
