About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at BYK-Gardner GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, formulating user stories and setting priorities and goals in close coordination with process owners in specialist departments.
  • Maintain budget responsibility.
  • Understand customer and internal stakeholder concerns and specify new requirements in close dialogue.
  • Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Manage test activities.
  • Work closely with the development team, IT, and Salesforce teams at our corporate headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud and successful completion of the corresponding Salesforce certification.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Xray.
  • Proficiency in agile methods and an agile mindset.
  • Strong understanding of processes and systems.
  • Decisive, enthusiastic, and quick to grasp things.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong solution-orientation, and cooperative team player.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
