Student Assistant in HR Payroll Operations

Join our Global Human Resources team at Hannover Re as a Student Assistant in HR Payroll Operations on a temporary, part-time basis (approximately 19 hours per week) for a duration of 3 months.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Managing, processing, and updating digital employee records, ensuring the correct categorization of various document types.
- Maintaining HR master data within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM systems.
- Reviewing and, if necessary, rectifying data to prepare for timely data removal.
- Gaining diverse insights into the functions of our Payroll Specialists.
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing studies in business administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in German and possess conversational skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.
- Reliable and a team player.
