Student Assistant in Human Resources (w/m/d)

Collaborate with our HR Operations team to support various business units in all administrative HR processes, including contract management, employee support, and payroll processing. Additionally, you will work with the HR team to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Your Responsibilities
Are you eager to actively contribute to the HR Operations sector? Depending on your area of deployment, the following tasks await you:

  • Assist in personnel administration, including the management of employee records.
  • Prepare employment contracts and reference letters.
  • Support employee relations matters and process incoming resignations as part of the exit procedure.
Your Profile
  • To be a Student Assistant in Human Resources, you should be pursuing a degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, and have completed at least three semesters.
  • Relevant experience through internships or previous student roles is advantageous.
  • A proficient command of standard MS Office applications is expected.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Good command of English is required.
