Position Overview

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee comprehensive controlling functions for a designated segment, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Evaluate variances, pinpoint enhancement opportunities, and facilitate their execution.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to formulate robust business cases.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and interpretation of financial metrics.
  • Serve as a bridge between finance and operational departments.
  • Engage in strategic initiatives and contribute to process optimization efforts.
  • Assist in group reporting and develop management presentations.
  • Work in partnership with the accounting division and other teams.
Your Qualifications
  • Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in finance, controlling, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in controlling or consulting roles.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to establish new frameworks.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with LucaNet and SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
