Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join Rivus Capital in a key leadership role.

As a Senior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective financial controls, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
- Financial Controls: Establish and maintain effective financial controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Guidance: Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives and develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Language: Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages an asset.
