Senior Financial Advisor for Green Gas and Hydrogen Business

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our international team at E Hydrogen GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Modelling: Develop and implement financial plans and models to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Contract Evaluation and Analysis: Evaluate contracts and investment opportunities to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Due Diligence and Deal Negotiation: Support due diligence for projects and contribute to deal negotiations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Financial Partner and Advisor: Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to ensure they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Financing Solutions and Structuring: Consult on financing solutions and structuring to support business growth.
- Mid-Term Planning: Provide input to mid-term planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Commercial and Financial Skills: Possess a degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, with several years of professional experience in valuation and financial modelling.
- Green Gas or Hydrogen Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of the Green Gas or Hydrogen domain is an advantage.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical capabilities, a pragmatic spirit, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Language Skills: Business proficiency in English is a must, with German highly desirable.
