Responsibilities- Operate and monitor building technology systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment
- Inspect and test electrical systems for proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Document all work performed accurately and efficiently
- Completed training in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to be on call as required
- A valid driver's license is an asset
