**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Technology Organisation as the Head of Plate Research and Development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of innovators and drive technical excellence in the development and optimization of plate heat exchangers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and optimize the designs of plate heat exchangers based on computer simulations and thermodynamic expertise.
- Manage a team of researchers and innovators across multiple locations, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with other technology functions, such as product development and product line management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Interact with functions outside of technology, including sales and manufacturing, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
**Requirements**
- University degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, physics, or process engineering.
- Proven experience in the field of heat exchangers, with a strong understanding of thermodynamics and simulation software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to think and solve problems analytically, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in German and English, with any additional languages being an asset.
