We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at RISK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing promotional, trigger, and transactional communications to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Optimize Communications: Create and implement effective promotional, trigger, and transactional communications to engage with our customers and drive business results.
- Channel Development: Identify and develop new communication channels to reach our target audience and expand our marketing efforts.
- Metrics Analysis: Work with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, and Bonus Rate to measure the success of our marketing efforts.
- Audience Segmentation: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies using cohorts and user groups to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Promotional Mechanics: Design and launch promotional mechanics for different types of audiences to drive engagement and conversion.
- Communication Setup: Set up and launch communications to our target audience, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Hypothesis Formation and Testing: Develop and test hypotheses to improve our company's metrics and drive business growth.
- Automation and Optimization: Automate successful tests and optimize our marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM, preferably in the gambling or betting industry.
- High analytical skills to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and high workload.
- Knowledge of sports events and ability to navigate them.
