Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Trader to join our Equities team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades and developing strategies to deliver best execution to our clients. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and leverage market knowledge to improve execution outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement optimal execution strategies across various equity cash, derivatives, and hybrid products.
- Build and maintain relationships with external counterparties and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and calibrate our trading platforms, driving efficiency initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret market data to inform trading decisions and improve execution outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of equity cash and derivative products, including pricing and risk sensitivities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quantitative analysis and technical implementation.
- High level of initiative and curiosity, with a passion for learning and growth.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Affinity for statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
