Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Trader to join our Equities team in Frankfurt, supporting the execution of trades and trading strategies across equity cash, derivatives, and hybrid products. As a key member of our global trading team, you'll work closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs and leveraging market knowledge to improve execution outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement optimal trading strategies across execution channels and liquidity pools.
  • Analyze and evaluate market dynamics, risk sensitivities, and instrument characteristics to inform trading decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, support functions, and external counterparties to drive business results and improve execution efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and calibration of our trading platforms and systems.

Requirements

  • Profound knowledge of equity cash and derivative products, including pricing and risk sensitivities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on quantitative analysis and technical implementation.
  • High level of initiative and curiosity, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Affinity for statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
