About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Equity Trader to join our team at DWS International GmbH. As a key member of our global trading team, you will be responsible for executing trades and developing trading strategies across various equity products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement trading strategies to achieve optimal execution outcomes
  • Negotiate and execute trades across equity cash, derivatives, and hybrid products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver best execution
  • Support the team in the continuous development and calibration of our platforms

Requirements

  • Profound knowledge of equity cash and derivative products, including pricing and risk sensitivities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quantitative analysis and technical implementation
  • High level of initiative and curiosity
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript
  • Affinity for statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
