Are you an expert in navigating the complexities of the global automotive landscape?

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Strategy Consultant to enhance our influence in the automotive sector. Your role will involve guiding client interactions and spearheading initiatives that focus on digital and data transformation within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive knowledge to foster relationships with industry leaders and drive sales activities related to automotive digital transformation.
  • Manage intricate projects that tackle the unique challenges faced by automotive companies, including advancements in connected vehicle technologies and smart manufacturing.
  • Take comprehensive responsibility for understanding and addressing the evolving needs of our automotive clients in a fast-paced mobility environment.

What We Expect:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive sector, particularly in digital transformation and client advisory roles.
  • A proven history of business development and successful sales strategies in automotive consulting.
  • In-depth understanding of current trends in electric vehicles, autonomous technologies, and mobility services.
  • Experience in crafting and executing digital strategies for a variety of automotive stakeholders, including OEMs and new mobility enterprises.
  • Strong grasp of how digital innovations can resolve critical challenges within the automotive domain.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and Generative AI applications relevant to the automotive industry.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite executives in the automotive field.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams on complex automotive projects.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and its implications for automotive manufacturing.
  • Awareness of regulatory frameworks impacting the automotive sector, particularly regarding emissions and data privacy.
  • Experience with digital twin technology, IoT, and smart manufacturing applications in automotive production.
