Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a Principal Strategy Consultant with extensive experience in digital transformation within the automotive industry to become part of our global growth team.

Key qualifications include:

• Over 10 years of experience in advising and leading client engagements within the automotive sector, focusing on digital transformation.
• A proven history of business development and driving sales for automotive-related consulting and digital transformation services.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including trends in electric vehicles, autonomous driving, connected vehicles, and mobility services.
• Experience in formulating and executing digital strategies for various automotive entities, including OEMs, suppliers, and new mobility players.
• A strong grasp of how digital technologies can resolve key challenges in the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and Generative AI applications in the automotive context.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives in the automotive industry.
• Experience in leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams on complex automotive projects.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting the automotive sector, particularly concerning emissions, safety, and data privacy.
