We are looking for a Financial Closing Manager to join our Global Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial closing process, including month-end and year-end closings, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, including SAP.
