Job Description

Head of Commercial Agreement Controlling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Commercial Agreement Controlling team in the DACH region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing post-sales customer conditions, collaborating with sales, finance, and customer service teams, and ensuring the financial stability of our group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales customer conditions in close collaboration with sales, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Lead the Commercial Agreements Controlling team with approximately 10 members, providing technical and disciplinary guidance.
  • Monitor the condition system with customers and be responsible for maintaining customer agreements (bonuses/WKZ) in the SAP module.
  • Perform forecasting and simulation of revenue losses.
  • Analyze and report on provisions and settlements, as well as create reports.
  • Be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in terms of revenue losses.
  • Collaborate with other controlling teams in the EMEA region.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting and controlling.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, including leadership experience, and ideally experience in a Big Four audit firm.
  • Excellent SAP R3 knowledge and outstanding Excel skills.
  • Good English skills.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic action.
  • Strong assertiveness, particularly in collaboration with sales.
  • High accuracy, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and self-initiative.
